Michael Sean Covey was my principle mentor for applying and getting admitted to 4 top business schools with scholarship! He is kind, knowledgeable about application process and the culture at different MBA programs, patient, and knows when to bring humor in to keep the experience fun. He helped me with GMAT prep, getting my mindset right to get to a 700+ score (even if it took me 5 tries) school selection, essay strategy, networking with Adcoms, and interview practice. I ultimately decided to go to IESE Business School in Barcelona, where I now am employed. I never would have been able to get here without Michael Sean’s thoughtful coaching.

I really appreciated Kaleem helping me navigate my career as a new grad. When I first started working with him, I didn’t fully know what I liked, what I didn’t like, or why. He helped me slow down and really think through my strengths, interests, and motivations. When I eventually received two offers, he didn’t just tell me which one to pick. He helped me think through both options holistically — my long-term goals, fears, interests, and what I truly wanted out of my career. That clarity helped me make a decision I still feel confident about. Rahul helped me get my dream job as an operating executive in a PE firm.
