Ali's helped me grow as a leader while I've scaled my marketing agency over the past 2 years. I've had an unusual experience of taking an existing agency, niching it down to focus exclusively on lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, CRM) and as a result - the business basically went back to startup stage, despite having a 20 year history. Ali helped me to break down my sometimes overwhelming growth targets into simply focusing on what was most important each week, or each month, so I could confidently reach the next milestone. Jonathan helped me prepare for consulting interviews after I failed in my first attempt to get a job at my target firm. Jonathan had received an offer from that place. He was so incredibly kind and supportive in terms of giving me candid feedback on what I can do better and what helped him be successful. He also spent a lot of time coaching me on case interviews, which I didn’t expect but benefited immensely from. Most importantly, he was very empathetic when I told him I didn’t get an offer - it helped me get over that “failure” and inspired me to get up again and apply again.
