Exceptional coach! Helped me crack Microsoft and guided through out the process

It has been a transformative experience working with Neeve . She is a great listener and creates a safe space for thinking , unpacking challenges , reflect and grow both personally and professionally .I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful and a compassionate coach .

Ethan is one of the most understanding and kind coaches I know. There have been numerous times I have reached out for guidance, be it interpersonal or for a project I am working on. He is able to explain thoroughly the situation, what needs to be adjusted, and possible outcomes based on the choices I make. He never pushes in one direction or another and provides an ample amount of answers to my questions. He has helped me to make some big life choices and I can't show my gratitude enough for his guidance.

He was very straightforward with me—in a good way. He pointed out what wasn’t coming across clearly and pushed me to slow down and really think about how I was telling my story. It never felt like he was trying to “fix” things for me. Instead, he helped me see where I could be more precise, more honest, and just more myself. Gus has been through this process himself and it shows. He knows what strong applications look like, but he doesn’t force you into a template. He listens, asks the right questions, and helps you figure out how to present your experiences in a way that actually makes sense and feels true to you. What I found most helpful is that Gus’s feedback is very practical. Not vague advice, but concrete suggestions you can act on, while still leaving the ownership of the story to you.
