Justin is a seasoned leader who brings deep professional wisdom to everything he touches. Having worked alongside him for several years in the nonprofit sector, I’ve seen firsthand how he navigates complex challenges with ease. He was always a go-to expert and a natural mentor; his ability to coach others toward their goals is exceptional. Outside this, he’s also personally provided me with personal career advice that’s greatly propelled me into new opportunities.

Justin is the epitome of a selfless coach. He’s constantly thinking two steps ahead to know what’s best for his clients. He has a high EQ, and that shows up constantly in the ways he listens and acts on conversations.

Justin has an incredible ability to anticipate the clients need and to know the best solution to help them solve their problem. He is a strong communicator and can always find a perfect way to visually and verbally explain the best path forward for the client. Justin is a consummate professional, and incredibly accomplished in his own right. We share the experience of navigating the corporate and educational meritocracy as first-generation students. He's a hard worker, and has succeeded / overperformed in every role we've been in together (Deloitte, Beamery). This session shared practical strategies to help women recognize their strengths, speak with confidence, and advocate for their value in a professional setting. I left feeling encouraged and better equipped to approach opportunities with greater confidence and clarity.
