Tim was super responsive. His turnaround rate for essay review was quick - usually within 24-48 hours. I worked with him on 4 applications. He was kind and encouraging, making the long application process feel less lonely. He believed in me since the first day I reached out as a stranger, even after I was told by another coach that my profile probably wouldn't make the cut, and always reassured me that I can do it. He was thoughtful with his answers to all of my questions and knowledgeable about what most top MBA programs look for. His edits of the essays were really detailed too. I got into all of the 4 programs I got invited for an interview and credited a large of it to Tim's support. Highly recommend Tim as your coach!

I would give Matt way more than 5 stars if I could. He is incredibly dedicated to his clients and he goes above and beyond to help. For example, when I was working with him, I needed to work quickly in order to submit for an early R1 deadline. Matt worked quickly with me, devoting plenty of time to my essay reviews at a very fast turnaround time. I trusted his essay structuring help and overall feedback, and I was very proud of my essays by the time I submitted. Matt is incredibly responsive and reliable -- I could message Matt with a random MBA application question at most hours of day and he would have a very thoughtful answer in a timely manner. Matt genuinely cares and invests in his clients -- when I was submitting my application and making some final essay edits, Matt stayed online with me to guide me through the submission process -- even thought it was past midnight for him! This just illustrates how much he cares about his clients success. I cannot express enough praise -- he made the essay and overall MBA process 100X easier!
