As a nontraditional applicant, I could not have asked for a better coach during the interview process. Tanner helped me craft my story and build the right narrative to help me present myself in the right way during the interviews. He was always so approachable and there to support you when you needed help. I was in a timezone 8 hours ahead, and he was always flexible and willing to accommodate (which was a game changer for me). He walked me through his entire experience and gave me the confidence I needed walking in. His insights were key in helping me get in. I can't recommend Tanner enough!

The best decision I made in the MBA process was choosing to work with Ben — he’s the best coach out there! I had the pleasure of working with Avi for almost a year as I prepared my business school applications. Initially, I thought I was well-organized, a strong writer, and a solid interviewer, so I was skeptical about hiring a consultant. However, I can confidently say that working with Avi was worth every penny, and I’m so glad I made the decision. I’m thrilled to report that I was accepted into my top 3 schools—something I never thought would be possible, and this success is thanks to Avi’s guidance and support. Avi was there for every step of the process, starting with school selection and advice on how to engage with schools (attending webinars, making the most of school visits, and crafting appropriate outreach with school officials). I was considering M7 schools, and Avi’s deep familiarity with these programs helped him quickly assess which schools would align best with my personality and goals. He also took the time to truly get to know me—not just my academic background, test scores, and work experience, but also my family upbringing, key work stories, and personal interests. By the time we began writing in June, Avi had a solid understanding of who I was as a candidate, allowing us to hit the ground running with essay drafts. Avi won’t stop until your essays are flawless. We went through about 10 drafts per essay, totaling nearly 100 drafts across all schools and essays over a span of two months. While this schedule was demanding, I couldn’t be happier with the final result. The stories were mine, but Avi’s expertise in structuring them made them far more compelling and authentic than I could have achieved on my own. Despite the hard work, Avi made the process enjoyable, and I ended up with a deeper understanding of my motivations and what drives me. Avi also thoroughly reviewed portal submissions with me, including multiple drafts of activity descriptions, ensuring every detail was polished. Avi’s interview preparation was equally invaluable. Although I had always been told I was a strong interviewer, I wasn’t sure how much I would gain from this part of the process. However, the interview prep turned out to be one of the most helpful aspects of working with Avi. Over the course of a month, we meticulously prepared answers to standard questions, refining them until I could deliver them with ease and confidence. Avi also role-played different interviewer personalities (e.g., friendly vs. tough), so I was prepared for any type of interview situation. His knowledge of each school allowed him to tailor my responses to reflect the values and emphases of the specific programs. Now that I’m on the other side of the process, my advice to any aspiring business school applicant is to not leave anything to chance. Work with someone who has dedicated their career to helping students gain acceptance to schools they may not otherwise have access to. Throughout the multi-month process, I always felt like I was in a true partnership with Avi, and I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and unwavering support.

Meeting Nate was completely serendipitous—we had a chance encounter on the New York subway when his Stanford GSB shirt caught my eye. In those few subway stops, I shared my vision for a housing startup, and I was struck by how seriously he was taking me and how thoughtfully he engaged with my ambitions. He shared openly and candidly about his own GSB journey, and that conversation felt fateful. Since then, I've been nothing but thrilled to work with him on my Stanford application. Nate has a genuine dedication to coaching, despite working full-time on his own ambitious venture supporting small businesses. His feedback is consistently perceptive, actionable, and direct—qualities that I deeply appreciated as a good natural writer unfamiliar with the nuances of application essays. Rob was without a doubt instrumental to my MBA acceptances. He provided a comprehensive overview of what each school was looking for, and helped me see how I could leverage my personality and experiences to create the most compelling narrative for each school. He helped me think through everything from my resume to my activities section to my essays, and coached me through the prep for my various interviews. After I was admitted, Rob helped me map out the best approach to the months between admission and matriculation. If I could do it all again, I would without a doubt work with Rob again. He is kind, approachable, knowledgeable and motivated to help each person land in the right spot. I cannot recommend Rob enough.

I can't thank Steve enough for his invaluable support on my essays. He's not only a skilled writer but also incredibly responsive and provides feedback very quickly. What really impressed me was his ability to help me tailor my Wharton essay, drawing on his firsthand experiences as a current student there. Neil was nothing short of a fantastic coach! Neil really helped me with my MBA applications and enabled me to push my story to a place I didn't think I would be able to take it to. Neil did a great job of listening + summarizing what I told him to help me draw out some of the major insights from my own life story. He also did a great job of relaying how his own experiences related to mine so that I could action the advice he gave me that helped him achieve success. Lastly, one of the things I appreciated most about Neil is his responsiveness. Neil was consistently available and responsive, which was an especially important as application deadlines were approaching. I highly recommend Neil to anyone applying for MBA programs and looking to push their application essays to the next level!

Going into the MBA application process, I had some reservations about working with an admissions consultant. Looking back, I don't regret the decision at all, especially working with Pamela. She has a deep understanding of the application process as well as what each school is looking for in candidates. With Pamela's expert guidance, I was able to figure out my story and craft compelling essays. What I appreciated most was Pamela's honesty through the process, as she was not afraid to tell me if an idea was or was not going to work. The MBA application process is not easy and such honesty was needed to ensure that I was turning out the best possible product. Pamela really pushes you to put 110% effort and her attention to detail makes sure that there are no holes in your work. When preparing for interviews, she also provided candid feedback as well as valuable knowledge on what types of questions I should anticipate for the specific schools I was invited to interview with. Ultimately, I was admitted to both Kellogg and Columbia. I definitely would not have been able to get these offers without Pamela's help.
