Mario exceeded my expectations as a coach. He is attentive, knowledgeable and extremely caring. He coached me through 5 deferred MBA applications and I found his help extremely valuable, I would not have been able to finish so many applications with such high quality without him. He not only improved my writing, but he also helped me understand myself and my career vision better. He knew when to step in and help me, and he knew when to push me to reflect on my own.
