As a Wharton MBA alum who was also admitted to Cornell, he brought a level of insider knowledge that no generic prep service can replicate. He knew what adcoms actually respond to, which schools were the right fit for my background, and how to position my story in a way that felt authentic. Edwin helped me across the board: school selection, resume, and essay drafting. On the resume, he pushed me to lead with impact and cut everything that didn't earn its place. On the essays, he helped me find the through-line in my experience that I had been too close to see myself, and then held me to a high standard on every draft until it was genuinely strong. He gives direct, honest feedback. If something isn't working, he tells you clearly and explains why. If you have a nontraditional background, need assistance with crafting a narrative that's authentic or a complex story to tell, Edwin is especially valuable. Highly recommend.

Neal helped me prepare for my MBA interview, and the session was incredibly useful. Running through practice questions with him gave me much more confidence going into the interview. He provided thoughtful feedback on my responses and even stayed overtime to fit in extra practice, which I really appreciated.
