Just when I thought my MBA journey had come to an end, Emily stepped in and completely changed the game. With a lower than average undergraduate GPA and test scores, I wasn’t sure how much hope I had left—especially after landing on the waitlist at Haas. But Emily quickly reviewed my full application, refined my essays, and helped me craft a clear, personalized, and effective waitlist strategy that ultimately got me admitted. What impressed me most was her sharp eye for storytelling and her ability to highlight the most compelling aspects of my background, even the parts I once saw as weaknesses. Working with Yvette was easily the best choice I made during my MBA application process. While I had a sense of my goals and internal motivations, Yvette helped me organize everything into a cohesive, easy to follow story. At the start I wasn't even sure if an MBA was 100% the right next step, and only began working on applications about a month before the deadline; Yvette worked with me regardless, and I was ultimately accepted to every school I applied to. Structure: My essay writing process was efficient because Yvette gave me clear frameworks to follow, and helped me hone in on the most relevant parts of my story for each application. By iterating with her, I was able to articulate a clear vision that encompassed all of my goals and aspirations. Personal: Unlike others, Yvette took time throughout the process to understand my individual story and what mattered most to me. Rather than trying to fit me into a specific 'box', she helped me build a unique narrative that captured my personal experiences and drivers behind my motivation. Realistic: As personal and approachable as she is, Yvette consistently provides honest, valuable feedback. Whether it was through mock interviews or essay edits, she was clear when something needed more work, or when something was strong as it was. She explained her rationale behind every piece of feedback, and it was ultimately easy to trust in her intuition and experience.

Working with Becky was one of the best decisions I made during my MBA journey. I initially partnered with her for two US schools and later consulted her for targeted feedback on essays across other applications. Despite having some weaknesses in my profile (scores), Becky was incredibly empathetic and never let me feel discouraged. She provided thoughtful, strategic guidance to bring out my strengths with clarity and authenticity. Her deep knowledge of US schools, in particular, was invaluable—she helped me tailor my narrative with precision. Thanks to her support, I secured admission to one of my top choices and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I decided I wanted to apply deferred to HBS and GSB ~2 months before the deadlines, and Claire made me feel organized and confident about the whole process. She helped me see the most important themes in my story and present them in a way that was 100x better than what I could’ve written on my own. Claire was unmatched in her level of expertise, support, and enthusiasm in the process. I worked with her, starting an application a week before it was due, and her encouragement and willingness to really get to know and invest in me was exactly what I needed to not just to feel like i could get it done, but to feel like at the end I was proud with what I was submitting. I met Sarah at a later point in my application cycle when I was waitlisted at a number of schools. Sarah helped me craft my letters of interests/intent to the schools I was waiting on, and gave me amazing advice to help package my story and enthusiasm for these programs in the best way possible. Throughout the letter-writing process, Sarah was patient, communicative, and highly supportive, consistently checking in to help me stay on track with my timeline and goals. I was eventually admitted to one of these schools, and I genuinely could not have done it without Sarah's help. I would highly recommend working with Sarah to anyone looking for a mentor that is highly knowledgeable about the application process but also very down to earth and genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals!

After having been cancelled by two coaches prior, I was connected with Michael by happenstance. Frankly, I was skeptical if this type of service was worth the price, confident in my profile, but even more so in my personal statement. In spite of my hesitations, we met and I could not be happier that we did. Michael had a wealth of experience as it related to graduate admissions process and he was able to help reorient the approach I was so steadfast in following. If not for his insights and objectivity, I do not believe that my personal statement would have stood the trials of the application process.
