I could not have gotten into school without Karla's help! I felt supported throughout the process, and Karla knows how to thread the needle between being positive/supportive and honest really well. I was on a tight timeline when applying Round 2 and Karla was assisting day and night to help me get past the finish line. Then, when I found out I was waitlisted, she provided a strategy to get off of it. Karla has always been prompt and thoughtful in her responses and I have also enjoyed the many conversations I have had with her. Karla is a gem of a person and I highly recommend her for admissions coaching.

I came to Jaye less than 2 weeks to Round 1 deadlines feeling uncertain about my essays - they just didn't seem very compelling or interesting. I'm very glad to have worked with Jaye - she provided great insight into what elements were missing, how to reframe certain sections, and how to restructure. I reached out to Smita to do a mock for my upcoming HBS 2+2 interview. She was very responsive and flexible, allowing us to quickly find a meeting time. I loved the way Smita approached the mock interview having fully prepared tailored questions that in my experience greatly resembled the environment of the real HBS interview. Additionally, she gave quick rounds of feedback during the mock to make sure I took the most out of the session by not repeating mistakes. Can't thank her enough!
