I came to Dione with a simple goal in mind: get into my top choice business schools with integrity and purpose. She helped me do that with flying colors, landing me admits at Columbia, Wharton, and HBS. Dione is someone who is above all transparent. She was honest with me about my overrepresented background (consultant from California), but also recognized and quite honestly pulled out characteristics about my work and personal life I had trouble articulating but knew were important. She has a gifted ability of making people feel comfortable in their own truth while leveraging it for admission, and it's something I'm very grateful to have encountered. In a year as competitive as this one, I'm glad that I worked with Dione who helped me get into three Ivy League M7's, culminating in my matriculation to HBS this Fall. You will not regret working with Dione!

I was looking for an MBA coach who could gracefully guide me through the MBA application process with integrity. I wanted someone who would be 100% invested in me, and tried their best to grasp what it meant to be a first generation low income applicant and Asian American. I knew I’d benefit from essay guidance the most. I chose Dione because she is a Stanford GSB alumna and an expert on the 5 schools I targeted: Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Yale. After the first meeting, I knew she was the perfect fit: she was incredibly structured, articulate, knowledgeable, strategic, and caring. What I found most helpful was her essay support and career vision. She is very responsive and offers short turnaround times, and knew exactly where I needed steering. She wasn’t just my consultant, but a mentor and friend. Dione is the perfect coach—without her, I wouldn’t have applied to my 5 business schools in time. Working with Abby on my R3 mba applications was a great experience. Abby was always available to answer my questions and helped me to craft compelling stories for the programs I was applying to - even tailoring parts of it to make sense per each of the school's individual culture. Abby's knowledge of the entire process was very impressive and I was also able to confidently execute during my interviews as a result of mocks and feedback from Abby around this process. Overall, I am thankful to Abby for all her help in my business school journey - and recommend her services to anyone who is a non-traditional applicant or someone applying from outside the US.

I was so lucky to have met Lucas, who helped me with my HBS essays, ultimately enabling me to earn admission into HBS. I have an untraditional background and didn't know how to tackle the HBS essays at the beginning. Lucas was very insightful in the process, and his general style was encouraging and understanding. Lucas was very detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture of the whole application process. I have really enjoyed working with Lucas! Highly recommend to all.

What sets the Jasmine apart is her ability to take your raw thoughts and convert them into strong compelling stories. I personally had a lot to say and my application and interviews, and Jasmine helped me make the most out of each.
