I cannot say enough about the positive impact Corinna had on me, during one of my most challenging periods professionally. She coached me through immense change on my team and in a role a loved, volatile power dynamics, leading my own team through change, and many other challenges. She helped me set both realistic and aspirational goals, and achieve them all, in our 6 months working together. Most importantly, she helped restore my confidence so that I could courageously and successfully take the next leap in my career. As a leadership coach, Corinna has the right balance of listening with empathy, validating individual experiences, and presenting practical tools and solutions that help you navigate situations with finesse, control, and clarity. She is able to be both gentle and firm with regard to putting things into perspective, which means for both grace and accountability when needed. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with Corinna will be thoroughly supported in reaching their goals.

Corinna was an excellent coach. She helped me tighten communications, align short-term activities to long-term goals, and create more value for my customers, team, and organization. Corinna is action-oriented in her approach, which leads to immediate changes with positive results. She is a great listener and provides custom coaching for your specific needs. I particularly enjoyed my sessions because she let me practice the new technique she taught. Role-playing and immediate feedback worked well for me.

Corinna was our cohort leader while I went through the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Program for Emerging Leaders. She did a fantastic job of running the program. Not only was she able to provide her expertise as a leader and entrepreneur but she also genuinely cared about all of our successes and continuously kept us all engaged accountable. As part of the program she provided us with tools to help our businesses succeed and a blueprint of how to reach our goals. I can say 6 months after completing the program and my business has achieved several of our goals and we are overall in a much better place to succeed after employing the tools the Corinna provided. I most recently worked with Corinna on our business' social media growth strategy after she reached out to me post course completion to see how things were going and if she could continue to help me. She wasn't looking for anything in return but sincerely wanted to help. To me this went above and beyond her role as the program leader and showed to me just how much she cares. Corinna is awesome and will invest herself 1,000% into you and your success. I'm happy I met her and look forward to working with her more in the future!
