I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Corinna in a variety of capacities and roles over many years. Corinna has never met an obstacle that couldn't be hurdled and doesn't have the word “quit” in her vocabulary. Her skills span from strategic to technical to business and she is one of the few people that truly covers an end-to-end spectrum of capabilities. Add to this her global experience and intercultural skills, and she is the complete package. Whether creating sales strategies, defining new technologies for business success or delivering customer solutions, she is a go to person and you will only benefit from her skills and contributions. She won’t hesitate to be forthcoming with her thoughts and ideas, but the outcomes will be better for that exact reason. I would highly recommend Corinna for almost any role, but especially strategic leadership roles related to business and/or organizational development.

I had the opportunity to work with Corinna at T-Systems N.A. in her Sales Enablement role. She was very professional and dedicated. Corinna focused on various sales training and sales enhancement techniques with the sales teams. She coached and trained our staff, across multiple roles and units, to understood unified story telling techniques. Her attention to detail ensured that she was always prepared for sessions and meetings, as well as managing followup topics. Corinna is able to both train and provide guidance to specific topics as they arise. I very much appreciated her professional attitude and ability to both teach and coach. I can highly recommend Corinna for organizational training/development and strategic leadership roles.

I reached out to Corinna for coaching when I was at a low point in my career and looking for something more meaningful and fulfilling. I had the opportunity to work closely with Corinna for about ~3-4 months this year. Throughout our coaching sessions I found Corinna to be an empathetic leader with personal and professional skills that greatly complemented each other. My objective was to learn how to improve my communication skills so I can increase my influence as a leader. Instead of just jumping into discussing the tactics involved in effectively communicating to executive leadership, Corinna first took the time to understand why I felt this goal was important to me as a person, as a professional, and as a member of my organization. Through Corinna’s approach to goal setting we were able to uncover a few mental roadblocks I didn't initially realize affected my ability to effectively communicate in email, verbally and through powerpoint presentations. It was an eye opening experience that has not only resulted in an immediate improvement in my communication capabilities but has provided me the tools to efficiently execute email and power point communications in the future. I greatly appreciate Corinna’s support and would highly recommend her as a coach for any mid-level manager looking to increase their effectiveness.

Corinna's approach to coaching strikes a perfect balance of challenging her coachees to think critically and outside the box while providing valuable insights based on her own professional experiences. I don't know that I can properly communicate how awesome getting to spend a year working with Corinna as my leadership coach. I had a great experience and working with Corinna helped me completely turn things within my dept and ultimately my career and company as a whole. Corinna taught me a great deal of things and shared so much amazing knowledge on how to lead in the current climate. There isn't an area of my work that she didn't help me to improve upon. Corinna was without a doubt one of the most impactful mentor's I've had in my career. In the short 6 months we worked together in the Torch program, we tackled both hard and soft skills that seemed insurmountable in the given time and made impactful and tangible progress on each. Corinna's demeanor made it easy to enter into difficult conversations that challenged who I was fundamentally and made me assess my values and how they impact my decision making. During the course of these discussions I felt extremely supported by Corinna, which aided in the profound progress she helped me to make.
