After finishing graduate school, I wasn't quite sure what my next step would be. Deciding what career path to take seemed like a daunting task. I enlisted the help of Dr. Paula Thompson. She gave me the tools to prepare for my job search as well as assisted with writing and designing a new resume. Her guidance is invaluable. Working with Paula was invaluable for me. After I graduated with my PhD, I didn't really know how to write an academic cover letter, research statement, or teaching statement., and I wasn't getting very far with interviews. Paula took the time to get to know me, to understand how I work as a person and as an academic, and to develop all of my application materials. It was a lot of work, but it was unquestionably worth it. Once I had fully developed application materials, I started receiving more interviews and got a research fellowship at a major research institute. Paula taught me many things that I still put into practice in my teaching, research, and personal life. I am so grateful!

Co-facilitating with Paula has been a wonderful experience. Her foresight and insight help guide participants to take a deeper look inside themselves. She has shown me what being BOLD is about and that sometimes in order to achieve our own goals, we must step outside our comfort zone. Annabella carried out a very valuable professional job in the university application processes of two of my daughters in the USA. Your guide was an important factor in the development of this complex and long process and an element of tranquility and fluidity in it that by nature is quite stressful. Annabella helped me through the stressful and terrifying process of applying to college. She was very approachable and understanding with every situation and whenever there was stress or a problem, she made sure we resolved it immediately, she is a great educational advisor but more importantly, she is a great person who will be by your side in the good times and the bad. This is why their relationships start in college or undergraduate and never stop because it accompanies them during their postgraduate and even doctorate, I say more, when they come to life with their academic baggage.
