Priya & I met during an initial intake call I had with The Boda Group. This wasn’t meant to be a discovery or compatibility vetting session, but I soon found myself asking Priya “Is it weird to ask now whether you’d be interested in coaching me?” Priya rightfully recommended that I interview a few other coaches before we reconnected for a more formal “fit” conversation. Long story short, after a few other coach interviews, I couldn’t find somebody that I connected with like I did with Priya. Priya is direct, fast-paced, experienced, inspirational, incredibly smart and talented. She has helped me overcome internal blocks and dream bigger, while also helping me take more tactical actions in my day-to-day. I’ve now worked with Priya consistently for 4 years and I’ve recommended her to countless peers who’ve also started working with her. Working with Priya is hands down one of the best investments you can make in your career.

We engaged Priya in a 6 month long leadership development program for 60 senior leaders and I couldn't recommend her enough. Not only has she been incredibly communicative, open to feedback/co-creation and caring as a partner, but her trainings are fantastic. The content in her trainings seems to me to find this unique blend of depth and practically that is rare to find. I never had any doubts but after 4 months in, I am certainly a full-on believer.
