Janaki is an excellent coach who helps you develop holistically not only pertaining to professional development but as a leader, woman, and person. She guided me in evaluating my inner self and personal beliefs which helped me navigate and change the way I think and act. She provided tools on how I can focus on inner work so that it will reflect the outcome that I want. Because of her coaching, I went through a transformation that changed my views about myself and helped me grow as a person. During our coaching period, I achieved a goal that reflected my brilliance as a leader while demonstrating resilience and empathy. I'm grateful that I met Janaki as my coach and I highly recommend her as a personal coach.

Janaki has changed my life! I have had the privilege of being coached by Janaki for the past 10 months through work via Betterup. Janaki was my Executive Coach for about 3 months. During that time, she helped me uncover aspects of my leadership skills that I was unware of. She partnered with me to understand the root cause of my fears and anxiety. Also, she helped me identify areas of strength that I sometimes diminished because of my inner critic. I found myself realizing my full potential and that I can do anything with the right mindset and attitude. Janaki helped me grow in such a short time frame. Through our engagement, I was able to effectively apply new leadership skills that had a positive impact on my team and my manager. Janaki has been by far the best Executive Coach I have come across in my professional career. Also, we had a great time getting to know each other and her approachability and warmth made it that much easier and rewarding of an experience.

I worked with Janaki as a Product Manager when she was a Money Coach at Capital One. From our first interaction, it was clear that Janaki was smart, intuitive, and took great care in her work as a coach. I also had the privilege of being coached by Janaki last summer. As coaching colleagues, Janaki and I worked together for two years, as part of the Money Coaching program at Capital One. When I stepped into a leadership role, Janaki was part of my team. Her dedication and engagement on our team was outstanding! She also had a leadership role, coordinating, designing and enrolling our team's'Learning Series' which offered a space for coach development. Outside of that, she was very accessible and a colleague I could always count on.
