I had the privilege of working with Janaki for several months during the first half of 2025. Despite our locations being in different continents and time zones, she provided high quality coaching and helped me to achieve desired goals. Over the past few months, I've had the pleasure of observing Janaki's remarkable talent in guiding and mentoring. Her ability to connect with individuals and tailor her coaching methods to suit their unique needs is commendable. Janaki's coaching has significantly contributed to my professional growth and development. She has a natural knack for identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback in a way that is both encouraging and effective. I was given the wonderful opportunity to become a member of Chief a couple of years ago and had no idea what to expect. All of my concerns were erased within the first week of my group getting to meet Janaki Bakshi, our executive coach. To say that Janaki is a wonder is really not doing her justice. She is, of course, kind, thoughtful and so ridiculously patient and smart, but she also knew exactly when to push us a executives. Working at a C-suite level is not something many of us were 'trained' to do before being promoted throughout our careers and Janaki made sure that each interaction we had left a lasting impression. She also guided us with impactful recommendations for how to build our networks, commit to prioritizing our individual and professional needs and how to thoughtfully engage both for ourselves and for our teams. I feel so fortunate to have been 'placed' in her group and watching the work she does just continues to keep me motivated! Anyone who has a chance to work with her should jump at the opportunity!

Janaki is my Chief Core Group Coach. I am blessed to have crossed paths with her two years ago. Our core group monthly connections are facilitated by her. She intentionally prepares each session with relevant subjects, insights and content aligned to the interests of the group. Her meeting plans always invite to self-reflection while also providing time for interaction between members within the session. She is a masterful listener and demonstrates high integrity which immediately generates trust in every interaction. She is very punctual and is always present during our meetings; in two year, she hasn't missed one meeting. Her questions to invite self-reflection are always on point and she is also sensibly direct in her guidance always challenging me to a brighter perspective of the issue at hand and/or inspiring me to the next action or practice to breakthrough the current state.
