Jeremy was absolutely CRUCIAL in my journey to receiving my offer at McKinsey. He isn’t just a coach to me, he’s truly a mentor and a friend. Before working with Jeremy, I had already practiced 50+ cases on my own, yet I still wasn’t able to secure an MBB offer. Later, I worked with Jeremy as his long-term mentee, and that’s when things changed. From day one, he met me exactly where I was and helped me systematically unlearn my bad habits and rebuild the fundamentals I was missing. What really sets him apart is that he doesn’t simply point out areas for improvement, he gets to the ROOT CAUSE of why you’re struggling and provides practical strategies to help you break through bottlenecks. He also showed me what great actually looks like by demonstrating how he breaks down problems in a structured way and I was able to internalize that throughout. Saleem is an amazing consulting prep coach. He is very invested in the success of his clients, and provides detailed and incredibly helpful feedback. I've met with a wide range of people for case prep, and he is one of the best coaches I've ever met. Aside of casing, he is super nice and helpful with aiding you in other parts of interview prep. For example, he helped me brainstorm different questions I could ask interviewers at the end of interviews, to help me stand out as a candidate. Overall, he is an amazing coach, and I'd highly recommend working with him.

My session with Coach was focused on an interview that I was preparing for. Fiona quickly grasped the problem at hand, and helped me refine some of the messages that I wanted to convey. The coaching session was utilized to solve my challenge, think through some out of the box options, and to also do some prep for the interview. I strongly recommend Fiona as a Coach and will be returning for future sessions.

Here is my honest review of Max after working with him for a couple of months. He was a game-changer but not in the way you might expect. When I started working with him back in October, I was about to finish my MBA and had been prepping to break into ib on my own for a while (I come from a finance background but no ib experience whatsoever). To be honest, I thought I could just piece everything together myself using free resources online. Turns out, I was prepping blindly and wasting time on things that didn’t actually matter (as expected). So I decided to pull the trigger and bought a tailored coaching package with him. Max showed me the actual roadmap and saved me so much time by focusing on what actually matters in interviews and not just what people say online. I was hesitant at first because let’s be real, paying for coaching can feel like a gamble sometimes (you don’t know if it’s going to pay off). But looking back, it was the best investment I have made so far. I was trying to break into banking in Denver (which is a much smaller market compared to NY or Chicago), so I had to be extra strategic in how I networked and positioned myself. Max helped me refine my story, build real relationships, and walk into interviews with confidence. Four months later I landed an ib internship at a boutique firm in downtown Denver. If you’re not sure about coaching, here’s my advice: if you’re serious about breaking in and willing to put in the work, book with him. He’ll make sure you get where you want to go.
