Thabang’s not just a great coach, he’s a really supportive person. There were moments I doubted myself or got in my own head, and he always knew exactly what to say to bring me back. He listens, he cares, and he meets you where you’re at. That kind of emotional support made all the difference for me.

If you’re serious about getting into McKinsey, working with Thabang is a no-brainer. He’s sharp, kind, insanely helpful, and truly cares. He went above and beyond during every single session. First off I want to say that I got my offer from McKinsey and Thabang was a huge reason why! In this session we focused on the PEI portion of the McKinsey interviews, and his knowledge of exactly what McKinsey is looking for in a response for each prompt was amazing. This knowledge went a long way making sure that the experiences I was highlighting in the stories really met the criteria that was being evaluated. I am not exaggerating when I say he knows exactly how to get full marks in the PEI section. I can not recommend Thabang enough for interview prep.

I got my offer from McKinsey in huge part due to Thabang's help. When I found Thabang I had no experience with case interviews, or in consulting, so I was starting from scratch. He has excellent knowledge on what McKinsey is looking for and how they want you to solve your case. I was very weak in structuring when I started with Thabang and after going through my sessions with him I was able to improve drastically. So much so, that the feedback from both my initial and final rounds regarding my structuring was extremely positive, with no real criticism from any of the interviewers. He has a very deep understanding of what McKinsey is looking for in a candidate and how to really succeed throughout the interview process. I cannot recommend Thabang enough as a coach.

Thabang provided really helpful feedback on both my casing skills and soft skills that helped a lot for my interview. He also tailored the mock cases to the subject that I would likely be tested on based on the company I was interviewing for, which helped me to feel more confident about those topics during the actual day. I would highly recommend him if you’re new to casing and/or want more practice to understand where your weak points are!

Thabang is amazing, and working with him genuinely feels like a cheat-code for case prep. He has the amazing ability to explain all parts of the case interview in a way that makes it seem straight-forward, simple, and therefore easier to get better at. Already in the first session, he opened my eyes to the few types of questions that actually exist and, as long as I understand how to identify them, my structuring (hardest part for me) will fall into place. 100+ mock cases wouldn't have taught me that. He is a coach who puts you getting an offer as a top priority, and evidently derives enormous satisfaction from helping you get there. This makes working with him an absolute pleasure.
