I came to Prabha when I was feeling stuck updating my resume and getting prepared for what I knew would be a very rigorous interview process. Prabha literally spent HOURS working with me to update my CV into a sharp, concise format - and when that resume eventually secured an interview, she again spent hours working with me to fully prepare for each round. I had the pleasure of learning casing from Sanjeev. Up until this point, I had struggled with structuring an approach to case problems, alongside articulating myself top-down, yet eloquently. As someone who is not very familiar with the ins and outs of the consulting world, the guidance that Emily has provided me has changed that. She is a very warm, welcoming individual who shared with me not only what the consulting world has to offer but how to take advantage of such opportunities. I did an interview prep session with Emily when applying for a full time Business Analyst (BA) role for McKinsey. I had already done many practice interviews at that point, but coaching from Emily unlocked new insights and tips that I’d never heard before, and were also tailored to where I was in the preparation process and what types of strategies worked for me. She was extremely familiar with McKinsey’s interview process, but I’m sure she would be helpful for interviews for other firms as well. Emily is a great listener, and will 100% meet you where you’re at to help you achieve your goals.
