Reagan was incredible to work with! She gave clear, concise and meaningful coaching. We met consistently leading up to interviews and she helped transform my casing abilities. I was fully confident and prepared going into my interviews after working with her. She also made it such a safe place to ask questions, practice freely, fail and try again. Her practices were dynamic and she really allowed me the freedom to focus on what I wanted to. Everyone needs a Reagan before interviews!

Adrian was an excellent case coach as I was preparing for consulting interviews. He helps break down cases in a clear way and explore different options for thinking about those cases. I appreciated his ability to get into greater depth and explore business problems beyond the typical case prompt and answer.

Danny is seriously one of the smartest and brightest guys! But not only that he's so friendly, personable and easy to interact with. One of the greatest things that has come out of being mentored by Danny is becoming friends with him! He genuinely cares about your success and well-being, which I believe is so crucial and foundational for any coach. To go into more specifics as to HOW he helped, I was recruiting for management consulting. Danny was an experienced consultant for McKinsey and Company at this point. Danny's coaching helped me to improve my case abilities significantly! He also helped me to understand more than just “how” to case - he helped me to understand the nuances and differences between each firm's interviews, how to navigate these differences and how to perform well for each company. He also helped me to improve my “fit” interviews without breaking any rules. I ultimately received an offer at McKinsey and Company and I owe SO much of that to Danny Jones (of course there were many others that helped so I have to give them some credit also) but Danny Jones by far was the leader there!

Danny was an absolutely incredible coach! He helped me through the whole process: resume, behavioral interview prep, and case interview prep. He excelled at making me feel comfortable and offered feedback that was simple enough that I could quickly implement it. We ran multiple cases and did several mock interviews. He never made me feel inadequate even when I had the most basic questions. I would recommend Danny to anyone. You won't find a more genuine and easygoing professional that can help you land a job at your dream firm.
