I came to John as an experience hire looking to switch firms. I could write several paragraphs giving him kudos, but I will be brief and say that he goes above and beyond. Not only does he make a concerted effort to understand who you are in order to tailor your strategy to meet your needs & increase your odds, but he is very realistic about things and is an amazing teacher. Something that really resonated with me and why I chose John is because we aren’t your typical applicants and I appreciate that he understood this and worked with me to give me more confidence when applying. He helped me turn my weaknesses into strengths and was very patient. Although I haven’t landed a role yet (because of economic conditions), I’m certain that when I do; it’s largely in part because of John. I would highly recommend working with John for anything

I am glad that I purchased Yiyang's 5 classes combo on joinleland. During first meeting, she clearly set the agenda and content we will go through each of five sessons. She provided thorough feedback for each response. She highlighted clearly improvement areas and tactics for various interviews (behavioral, product design, execution). At times, she made me re-answer after incorporating her feedback. I believe this was very powerful to iron out my responses. At the end of each session, she also shared her written notes.
