Amanda has been so helpful to me getting myself prepared to re-enter the job market after many years of not working outside of the home. I came to her to help me create a resume. Initially, I thought we would just start with what I had done many years ago and try to make that relevant today. Instead, she had me work on reframing my limiting beliefs and identifying my strengths and professional skill set as it pertains to today. The exercises have been invaluable. I am already feeling more confident in putting together a resume that will reflect someone who is confident and capable. We haven't completed our time together yet, but I know I am getting much more than I ever expected.

I attended Cian's workshop on "Strategies for McKinsey: How to Ace the Interview Process". He provided a very detailed presentation on the various stages of the McKinsey recruitment and interview process and gave many useful insights about how to best prepare for and execute on each step of the resume submission, Problem Solving Game, PEI, and casing. I would highly recommend Cian as a coach to any client interested in MBB, especially those who are in the early phases of their journey into the world of consulting!
