With only 30 minutes Christina was able to give me a bunch of great feedback on my resume. I'd rather stick my head in a wasp's nest than write a resume, but Christina said she actually enjoys it and it showed in her enthusiasm for helping me craft a better resume.

Lindsay was very knowledgeable and shared tons of tips and strategies for securing more job interviews. She made excellent use of our time, covering a lot within our 30 min call.

I had my first career coaching session with Lee last week, and it was an excellent experience. Lee created an open environment, making it easy to discuss my career concerns and aspirations. His approach was professional and highly insightful. Lee helped me navigate key areas, such as feeling unchallenged in my current role and my desire to work with more ambitious colleagues. He provided actionable advice on setting proactive career goals and evaluating my priorities. One of the most helpful parts was his guidance on approaching my manager about a potential promotion and identifying meaningful challenges within my company. His suggestion to propose solutions to key problems gave me a clear action plan to demonstrate my value. While I’ve only had one session with Lee so far, I have a very good feeling about his coaching style and the potential for growth through our collaboration. That said, I do want to note that Lee hasn’t been very responsive in general, which is something to keep in mind. As a disclaimer, I can’t yet guarantee how fruitful the entire coaching relationship will be in the long term, but the first session was truly impactful.
