When I booked my session with Lee, I hadn’t been in the job market for over seven years. A lot has changed since then, and I felt completely out of touch with current hiring trends and expectations. I was unsure where to begin, how to structure my answers for interviews, or even what recruiters look for in a CV today. That’s where Lee’s guidance made all the difference. During our session, he gave me a clear and insightful overview of what to focus on and how to use my strengths to my advantage. He walked me through what interviewers typically expect, how to frame my responses effectively, and how to present my experience with more confidence. Lee also reviewed my CV, cover letter, and elevator pitch — and even though there’s definitely room for improvement, his feedback was constructive, respectful, and incredibly motivating.
