Lindsay was incredible in helping me identify and position myself for my next career move. She helped uncover my highest priority values at work for this phase of my life and my transferable skills, which she then used to highlight different career paths I could pursue. She also helped brainstorm ways to frame my previous experiences to feel more impactful to interviewers to help communicate my value while trying to make a career transition.
