My sessions with Steven have been invaluable. I’m currently pivoting from strategy consulting to BizOps in Tech, and Steven has been instrumental in every step, from resume framing and application strategy to intensive interview prep. Hanie was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our session. Even though we only had 30 minutes scheduled, she made sure to answer all of my questions thoughtfully and didn’t rush the conversation. She actually went beyond the scheduled time to ensure I fully understood everything. I really appreciated how generous she was with her time and how genuinely invested she seemed in helping me. I would highly recommend speaking with her.

Hanie was kind, supportive and very knowledgeable. She messaged me days before for information on my resume and questions for the session and she came in and answered all my questions really well. She was well prepped and gave me a step by step break down on my notes for my CV. The advice was practical and easily applicable! but it made a huge difference.
