About Maggie

I am human. Although it sounds cheesy, it took me a while to truly realize this—to accept it, embrace it, and understand what it means. For years, I operated under the illusion that I had to be perfect, that showing vulnerability was weakness, and that asking for help meant I had somehow failed. I am a recovery perfectionist, a corporate burn-out victim, and someone who has lived through the exhausting cycle of pushing harder, achieving more, and still feeling like it's never quite enough. I have a deep, visceral sense of what it feels like to want—no, to need—professional guidance in life, but to hesitate because of the stigma, the fear, or the belief that you should be able to figure it all out on your own. Here's what I've learned through my own journey: Reaching out to a life coach is not a cry for help—it is a sign of strength. It's a declaration that you value yourself enough to invest in your growth. It's an acknowledgment that you're ready to break free from the patterns that no longer serve you. It's a courageous step toward becoming the person you know you're capable of being, rather than staying stuck in the version of yourself that's been shaped by external expectations, corporate pressures, and the relentless pursuit of an impossible standard. Think about it: We hire personal trainers to optimize our physical health. We hire financial advisors to manage our wealth. We hire accountants, lawyers, and consultants to handle specialized aspects of our professional lives. Yet somehow, when it comes to our mental well-being, our life direction, our sense of purpose and fulfillment—the very foundation of everything else—we're expected to navigate it alone. That doesn't make sense. And more importantly, it doesn't work. The truth is, the most successful people—the ones who seem to have it all figured out—are often the ones who've had the wisdom to seek guidance. They understand that clarity doesn't come from grinding harder or working longer hours. It comes from stepping back, gaining perspective, and having someone in your corner who can see your blind spots, challenge your limiting beliefs, and help you chart a path forward that's aligned with who you truly are, not who you think you're supposed to be. If you're reading this and something resonates—if you've felt that nagging sense that there has to be more, that you're capable of more, that you deserve more—then you're already halfway there. The question isn't whether you need support; it's whether you're ready to give yourself permission to receive it. And if you are, I'm here to tell you: that decision, that moment of reaching out, is not weakness. It's one of the strongest, most self-aware choices you'll ever make.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it's like to carry it all alone. As a recovering perfectionist and corporate burnout survivor, I convinced myself I didn't need help—until I did. When I finally got a life coach, everything shifted. Each step in my personal and professional life felt less heavy. The constant pressure lifted. I started breathing again. That's why I do this work. I help high-achieving professionals who are exhausted from trying to be perfect, overwhelmed by doing it all alone, and ready to stop just surviving. If you've ever felt like you needed a real break—not just a vacation, but a genuine restart—I get it. And I'm here to help you take some of that weight off your shoulders. Because asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the strongest things you'll ever do.
