Helped me build my behavioral so that I could put together a cohesive story when interviewing.

My session with Coach was focused on an interview that I was preparing for. Fiona quickly grasped the problem at hand, and helped me refine some of the messages that I wanted to convey. The coaching session was utilized to solve my challenge, think through some out of the box options, and to also do some prep for the interview. I strongly recommend Fiona as a Coach and will be returning for future sessions.

Sameer is a phenomenal coach who truly goes above and beyond! He's genuinely passionate about helping people break into product management. I really love his approach—it’s methodical and well thought out, building on your strengths. I recently landed an APM role in my dream city, and his support was a game changer. Here is my honest review of Max after working with him for a couple of months. He was a game-changer but not in the way you might expect. When I started working with him back in October, I was about to finish my MBA and had been prepping to break into ib on my own for a while (I come from a finance background but no ib experience whatsoever). To be honest, I thought I could just piece everything together myself using free resources online. Turns out, I was prepping blindly and wasting time on things that didn’t actually matter (as expected). So I decided to pull the trigger and bought a tailored coaching package with him. Max showed me the actual roadmap and saved me so much time by focusing on what actually matters in interviews and not just what people say online. I was hesitant at first because let’s be real, paying for coaching can feel like a gamble sometimes (you don’t know if it’s going to pay off). But looking back, it was the best investment I have made so far. I was trying to break into banking in Denver (which is a much smaller market compared to NY or Chicago), so I had to be extra strategic in how I networked and positioned myself. Max helped me refine my story, build real relationships, and walk into interviews with confidence. Four months later I landed an ib internship at a boutique firm in downtown Denver. If you’re not sure about coaching, here’s my advice: if you’re serious about breaking in and willing to put in the work, book with him. He’ll make sure you get where you want to go.

I worked with Rohan to sharpen my case interview skills for McKinsey and BCG, focusing on getting that last 5-10% improvement to really stand out. I was already comfortable with the basics, so we concentrated on fine-tuning my performance -- unleashing my strengths, tightening up my weaker areas, and ensuring I could consistently hit top marks on McKinsey’s evaluation criteria. His feedback was incredibly nuanced and exactly what I needed at that stage. What really made a difference was Rohan’s experience as a former McKinsey Engagement Manager and recent interviewer. He gave me deep insights into how to excel at McKinsey-style cases while also helping me adjust for BCG’s slightly different approach. Our sessions were focused and efficient, with a lot of emphasis on case structuring, communication clarity, and staying composed under time pressure. Rohan’s advice on how to adapt my approach for different firms was spot on and gave me the confidence to tackle both McKinsey and BCG interviews. We didn’t cover fit questions, but the case prep alone was absolutely worth it. After working with Rohan, I received an offer from BCG and now feel really well-prepared heading into my McKinsey final round. If you’re looking for someone who can help push you from good to great, I can’t recommend Rohan enough -- especially if you want highly personalized, firm-specific advice.
