About Rohan
I'm an MBA student at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to school, I was at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. At McKinsey, I had the opportunity to serve as Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Partner (our version of a CEO) for two years. I was also able to do an externship for one year at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on their US K-12 Education Team. Management consulting was the best place for me to start my career and I want to help others build similar launchpads to their careers.
Why do I coach?
I know how stressful and lonely it can be at times to be a college student or young professional figuring out what you want to make of your life. I've benefited greatly from having coaches in my corner in the past and have seen the way coaching has changed my life for the better. Professional athletes have coaches, CEOs have coaches, so why shouldn't you have a coach?
