Coach Janaki is a lifesaver and a true gem. I would recommend anyone and everyone to work with her if given the opportunity. She is truly the warmest, most caring, loving and nurturing person I have met and has a special way of communicating to you at the level you require in that moment. In my 4 months of working with Coach J she helped me both professionally and personally, with notable highlights in getting back in touch my true self, seeing why and where I was unhappy with my job (and to get a new one!), as well as my leadership development. Additionally with her guidance I was able to have difficult and needed conversations in my relationship as well as improve my daily habits to incorporate journaling, gratitude and mediation. Janaki has been a great mentor. She helped me to visualize my future self and opened my eyes to what's holding me back. She is genuine, thoughtful, kind and provides constant encouragement.

Janaki-ji taught me Hindi for several months. I needed to learn how to read, write and speak conversational Hindi and I am happy to report that I am still, to this day, able to do all three of these things thanks to Janaki. She is methodical, focused and kind when she teaches. She is very professional and courteous and I never had a single day when I didn't want to go to class. I loved learning Hindi from Janaki, and if she lived closer, I have a feeling I'd still be taking classes from her!

I have been working with Janaki on one-on-one life/business coaching for about six months now. As an entrepreneur I came to a place where I've reached my goals set a decade ago. Success and reaching past goals is wonderful but I also felt too comfortable and had little clarity for what came next. Janaki is a very spiritual individual who has a strong intuitive sense for her clients' stresses or struggles. She gives sound advice and recommendations that are highly effective. She is encouraging, approachable and accommodating. Janaki took the time--without judgement or agenda--to understand where I was at in life, education, career, and love to guide me to where I wanted to be.
