Janaki has been an absolutely amazing professional coach. I have grown and developed more and deeper than I ever would have without her. She is compassionately direct, kind, and has provided me with tools to reach higher and be healthier. I cannot recommend Janaki enough. She is a phenomenal coach.

I've been extremely fortunate to have worked with Janaki in her role as facilitator for our core Group within the CHIEF organization. Janaki is a great coach and group facilitator who invests 150% of herself in the CHIEF core group to make it such a valuable program. Every session was highly topical and expertly guided by Janaki's intuitive nature, genuine caring and strong coaching skills. Janaki was my Executive Coach for about 3 months. During that time, she helped me uncover aspects of my leadership skills that I was unware of.
