Meeting Katharine through Leland has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Coming to the United Kingdom as a refugee from Afghanistan and rebuilding myself after homelessness I often questioned whether someone with my background working long shifts from warehouse to warehouse could ever break into investment banking. It felt distant and almost unreachable. Katharine changed that entirely. Working with Max was nothing short of transformative and me finding him was truly a miracle. I invested over 20 hours with him, building an incredibly thorough investment banking model and diving deep into the complexities of IB, Excel, and the resources needed to succeed for my IB MBA summer associate internship. Every penny was worth it.
