Earlier in my career, I spent several years in management consulting at Slalom and Accenture, where I advised with Fortune 100 companies across tech, retail, fintech, healthcare, and media. That breadth of exposure gave me a strong understanding of how different business models operate and what it takes to drive alignment and results in complex environments. Why do I coach?
For much of my career, I chased outcomes like launches, promotions, and milestones. But over time, I realized that what truly lit me up wasn’t just the wins. It was the people I got to help along the way. Coaching others helped me uncover my why: enabling others to unlock their potential, especially when they can’t yet see it for themselves. Throughout my journey, I’ve made several pivots, from engineering to consulting, and from B2B tech to the creative arts. Each one demanded a deep understanding of transferrable skillsets. That’s where I now focus my coaching—helping others connect the dots between who they are, what they’ve done, and where they want to go. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice.
