I have had a career spanning 16+ years across B2B and B2C Product Marketing & Business strategy, helping companies of all sizes bring new products to market, drive adoption, and unlock sustainable growth. At Adobe, I shaped go-to-market and Video Partner ecosystem strategy. At VMware, I led the MSP and product marketing efforts for cloud provider partner ecosystem Business. Earlier in my career, I spent several years in management consulting at Slalom and Accenture, where I advised with Fortune 100 companies across tech, retail, fintech, healthcare, and media. That breadth of exposure gave me a strong understanding of how different business models operate and what it takes to drive alignment and results in complex environments. I have deep experience launching 0 to 1 products and scaling them across global markets. I thrive on building go-to-market engines from the ground up, crafting clear positioning, and driving execution across cross-functional teams including product, sales, PR, and global marketing. I’m also a proven people leader, having built and scaled high-performing product marketing teams with a strong focus on hiring, coaching, and developing talent to deliver measurable business impact. Beyond the corporate world, my creative journey includes being a bestselling author, award-winning filmmaker, and singer-songwriter, with original work reaching millions globally. As the founder of Flute Theory, a performing and creative arts platform, I support nonprofit organizations through the arts. Thought leadership, advocacy for women’s empowerment, career transitions, and transferable skills have led to speaking engagements and features in the USA Today, NYC Journal, Passion Vista, the Times of India, and more. I'm a storyteller at heart—whether as an artist, author or a taking a product to market. As the founder of Flute Theory, I’ve had the privilege of blending art with purpose, using music, dance, and film to support over 15 nonprofit organizations around the world. Giving back is central to who I am. Throughout my journey, I’ve made several pivots, from engineering to consulting, and from B2B tech to founding my creative arts platform to being an author. Each one demanded a deep understanding of transferrable skillsets. Why do I coach?

For much of my career, I chased outcomes like launches, promotions, and milestones. But over time, I realized that what truly lit me up wasn’t just the wins. It was the people I got to help along the way. Coaching others helped me uncover my why: enabling others to unlock their potential, especially when they can’t yet see it for themselves. Throughout my journey, I’ve made several pivots, from engineering to consulting, and from B2B tech to the creative arts. Each one demanded a deep understanding of transferrable skillsets. That’s where I now focus my coaching—helping others connect the dots between who they are, what they’ve done, and where they want to go. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I believe in clarity, action, and belief, because those three things can change the trajectory of someone’s life.
