Just had a really valuable introductory call with Dallen on Leland, focusing on my software engineering career. We spent a good chunk of time discussing resume optimization, especially how to get it down to a single page. Dallen emphasized how crucial this is for not getting screened out by big tech companies. We also talked about how I can really leverage the Leland platform. I joined a session where Ben went through how to approach B School essays holistically for HBS. He was very prescriptive in his advice and did a great job showcasing them through tangible examples he walked through.
