Why do I coach?

My career progression was a challenging journey. Starting at a typical state university without recruiting relationships, I faced an uphill battle to get to where I wanted. Despite my academic performance and work experience, there was no direct path to my dream job. Through perseverance and the guidance of mentors, I progressed and achieved my dream to serve as a marketing leader for Fortune 50 companies. I learned that with the right coaching, anyone can achieve their dreams. Over the past two decades, I’ve been mentored by numerous executive recruiters and leaders, gaining valuable insights through their coaching and my personal experiences. This helped me to get opportunities with some of the best companies in the world. For the past decade, I have been coaching to share what I discovered and enable people to achieve their dreams.
