I think Riccardo has the ability to excel as a coach for the following reasons. Ricardo could be a good listener which is an important feature of a good coach. I spent four weeks with Ricardo as part of an executive program and he was a key player within our living group. When we had discussions, Ricardo would lead these discussions and participate. Ricardo was passionate about the different topics and would love to learn from other people. Ricardo is good at also receiving feedback from people and he uses the feedback as a tool to improve himself.

I came to Dana as a scientist with years of academic research under my belt—but I had no idea how to pivot into tech, let alone land a machine learning role at a company like Meta. Each step of the way, she offered practical advice. She's very well-connected and went above and beyond to help.
