About Rahim

Rahim Damji is a seasoned product leader with 15 years of experience leading growth and scaling products across some of the world’s most dynamic technology companies, including Atlassian. Shopify and Wave. Most recently serving as Group Product Manager at Atlassian for Confluence, Rahim leads a high-impact cross-functional team of PMs and APMs focused on enterprise growth, upsell optimization, performance at scale and enterprise value. His responsibilities span monetization including packaging, pricing, and value delivery for Confluence's mid-market and enterprise segments. Previously at Shopify, Rahim led Identity and access management as well as product-led growth initiatives for the Retail team, helping turn POS Pro into a core growth engine and significantly contributing to overall Shopify revenue. His ability to navigate fast-paced environments and align teams around high-leverage bets was critical in launching key integrations and driving adoption during the pandemic that helping thousands of merchants keep their doors open. Beyond product strategy, Rahim is passionate about coaching and building high-performing product teams. He has mentored and promoted rising PMs, created new functions from scratch, and led organizational redesigns to align product teams with long-term company vision. He excels at fostering cultures of product excellence through clarity, impact, empathy, and strong product craft.
