Personally, she helped me navigate decisions I had to make to build a career in social impact, and her advice helped me pivot to a climate organization where I get to work on operations for a mission driven nonprofit.

Chuck really helps you distill down what you want to do and the motivations behind it. He helped me through my journey of finding conviction in what I wanted to do, and also the tactical "how to get there" once I decided. Highly recommend him as a coach!
