I had a mock interview session with Jasmine a few days prior to my GSB interview and it made the biggest difference in how my interview went. Jasmine is super organized and challenged me with questions that were really similar to the actual interview. She is also very friendly and engaging, which gave me the positive boost I needed prior to the interview. 10/10 value for money!!

Sanya is an amazing communicator. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to be creative and think about cases holistically, rather than feeling chained to generic frameworks. I had a week when I started to prepare more in depth for my case interview and I was feeling very behind. I didn't know where to start or what to read. After my 1st session with Sanya I knew where to start and how to improve! We had one additional session 3 days before my interview and I knew what topic I should prioritize to refine my skills. If you are someone who struggles at knowing where to start and how to be MECE PLZ book with Sanya. She is amazing at breaking things down and targeting your weaknesses.

Spencer is the kind of mentor who gives you more than just advice. He gives you the clarity, support, and tools you need to move forward with confidence. From our very first conversation, I felt heard and understood. He creates a space where you can speak openly about your goals, your doubts, and anything else that is on your mind. He listens closely and always responds with care and insight. With Spencer’s help, I was able to secure a product manager role right after finishing university. But more importantly, he helped me build the skills and mindset I needed to do well in the role. He does not just point you in a direction. He helps you understand how to navigate challenges and make smart decisions. He teaches you how to think for yourself, and that is something I will carry with me for a long time. What sets Spencer apart is how deeply he cares. He follows up, remembers the details, and brings real energy to every conversation. He celebrates progress and encourages you to keep going when things get hard. He is fully present, and it is clear that your growth matters to him. If you want a mentor who will invest in you, push you to grow, and stand by you through the ups and downs, Spencer is someone you will be glad to have in your corner. He has made a real difference in my life, and I believe he can do the same for many others.

Laura was an invaluable asset to me, from June 2024 to June 2025. I came from a very niche music industry background. Saying I'm a non-traditional candidate would be an understatement. That's why I chose Laura! And, with an undergrad GPA of ~2.8, a sinister case of ADHD, a weak quant background, and applying on the heels of a gap year, the hurdles I faced in my MBA application process were significant. Her strategic expertise was critical in navigating the GMAT/GRE wormhole, ADHD accommodations, and school selection. BUT, where Laura proved most valuable was helping me understand that the things I saw as application *deficits* were in fact, application *distinctions*. I saw things like my age, career background, undergrad institution, etc as negatives... but Laura lead me to the promised land of perceiving those things as the very reasons why a program should accept me. And perception is reality! Beyond core application aspects, Laura supported me throughout the entire admissions cycle, transforming my resume to properly highlight my niche work experience in a way that would make sense to AdComs, offering guidance on communications, recommenders & rec packets, and even a crucial last minute pivot to the Haas EWMBA program. Her responsiveness, empathy, and ability to fit my square peg story into the round holes of the MBA application process, make her an exceptional partner for a non-traditional candidate like myself, and hopefully you too!

I reached out to William on Leland to help me prepare for an upcoming interview. As we reviewed the company and its expectations, he provided insightful and innovative guidance that helped me approach the interview with confidence. We also worked on refining my resume and LinkedIn profile. A few months later, I landed an entry-level Software Engineer role, and I genuinely believe that William’s mentorship played a key role in helping me succeed.
