I was more comfortable with cases, but the behavioral side felt tricky. I wasn't sure how to tell my story the right way. Diego made that part way more manageable. He helped me find a structure that worked and made sure I still sounded like myself. No memorized scripts, just clear, honest feedback that helped me feel a lot more confident going into interviews

Ryan is a great mentor and coach who is incredibly thorough with his work. He crafted the entire experience to be very personal and time-effective. With any adjustment, minor or not, he provided his entire course of thinking as to why he believed a certain change could bring about much better results. He was very communicative, and I did not feel "kept-in-the-dark" at any point in the process; I was updated throughout, and any changes were suggestions that were not made final until I approved them.
