Wow... just wow. I am generally hesitant to work with coaches, but a former partner of mine recommended I talk with Albert, so I gave him a try. I was stuck on a few things and couldn't find my way through, but Albert asked all the right leading questions and guided me to an answer that I couldn't see even with the help of my team. Albert helped me develop an actionable and expedited plan. I've never seen results from a change bear fruit so quickly before! The best part of working with Albert isn't the outcome (which is AMAZING) but the fact that he truly engaged with me, listened to my thoughts and concerns, asked leading questions, and steered me toward the answers I needed and was comfortable with. Ellie helped me out so much in editing my essays! She was able to point out areas of strengths and weaknesses, and gave very insightful advice on what makes a college essay stand out. Her tips didn't take away from what I wanted my essays to look like, and I was still able to maintain an authentic voice while still improving on previous drafts.
