Harrison is a phenomenal career coach/mentor. As a new design manager, he helped navigate my transition from IC to Management, helped me define my leadership style and ways to log my accomplishments and define my impact. He’s a thoughtful leader and coach, who gave me honest feedback to challenge or validate my point of view on building my team and establishing my personal brand in the company and the design community. He’s one of the most impactful voices for my career that I’ve met in my 20 years as a designer.
