Henry’s S&T prep was incredibly thorough. He started by revamping my resume to make my analytical and quantitative skills jump off the page. He then ran mock interviews where he challenged me with difficult market and brainteaser-style questions, teaching me to think out loud and adapt on the spot. He also helped me understand how to evaluate desk culture and find a role where I would be the best fit. His preparation went far beyond just “passing the interview." I would strongly recommend Henry to anyone recruiting for trading or sales roles.

Will is an excellent, compassionate, sharp coach. I have gone through many hours of job research and interview preparation with him, and he has always provided me with thoughtful and constructive feedback. Professor Chris is kind, insightful, and helpful! His genuine desire to understand his students makes his guidance so effective. During our meetings, he would ask me deep, unique questions that would lead me to discover and develop ideas that truly resonated with me. I believe he was able to curate these personal, profound guiding questions because he is an incredibly empathetic and thoughtful listener. Carmen Sullo has been the single biggest positive impact in my life!
