About Henry

I am an incoming Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Asset Management (New York). I have previously worked at PwC (TMT Assurance), Scotiabank (TMT Canadian Banking), and Bay Street Capital (Private Equity). I’ve also received 9+ offers from firms like Morgan Stanley (Sales & Trading), Macquarie (Investment Banking), and Piper Sandler (Investment Banking), and I’ve completed over 30 interviews and Superdays across the industry. I’ve coached more than 20 students and early professionals, all of whom landed roles in high finance or consulting. I focus on helping clients build sharp resumes, prepare for both behavioral and technical interviews, and navigate recruiting with a clear, effective strategy. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how tough it is to break into banking and high finance without the right guidance. When I first started, I didn’t have a target school background or a built-in network. I had to figure out how to build my resume from scratch, prep for technicals, manage multiple Superdays, and handle rejection without losing momentum. Eventually, I figured out what actually works — not from reading guides, but from doing it myself. Along the way, a few people gave me honest, no-BS advice that helped me turn things around. That stuck with me. Now, I coach because I want to be that person for someone else. If you’re smart, driven, and serious about breaking in, I’ll help you focus on what matters, avoid the mistakes I made, and compete at the highest level with a real plan.
