Last semester, Chris worked with me on drafting my personal statement for law school. Unsurprisingly for such an accomplished student and writer, Chris approached the task with inimitable initiative and professionalism; in our first meeting, he spent twice our allotted time making sure that he gathered an authentic and complete understanding of my literary voice. He is generous with his time, talents, and convictions, molding his feedback to best fit the student with whom he is working. Chris allows people to trust him and feel secure in his presence. He approaches challenging conversations—particularly those regarding personal emotions and relationships—with ease and care. Beyond the initial coaching session, Chris made sure to follow up with me to make sure I felt fully supported by him throughout my application process. Allie was such an authentic leader and mentor to me at Deloitte, helping me navigate the professional environment (which wasn’t so easy!)
