The Best Coach, Mentor, & Friend! Choosing an MBA coach was the first major decision in my admissions journey, and it wasn’t easy. I didn’t have the most polished application statistics, and I initially set a modest bar for the schools I considered. Most coaches I spoke to encouraged me to play it safe. Jenifer was the only one who challenged me to aim higher. She saw potential in me that I hadn’t yet recognized and took a genuine interest in my story from day one. Throughout the entire process, Jenifer was by my side. Her deep knowledge of all six schools on my target list gave me confidence as I tackled each application. Kristen was an incredible help in crafting my MBA story. Through these initiatives is where I learned a lot technically, and navigating the organizational roadblocks within the company.

I’m lucky to know Gordon for over five years, and he’s truly one of the best mentors I’ve ever had! From college all the way into my career, he’s been so enthusiastic and open to help—whether it was guiding me on what subjects to focus on for Industrial and Systems engineering path, giving me resume and interview tips, or just sharing honest career advice.
