About Zandra
I’ve spent much of my life at the intersection of people, leadership, and growth. Before becoming a coach, I built a career in IT leadership, where I learned that the real work of technology isn’t about systems—it’s about people. Along the way, I’ve navigated career pivots, raised a family, and launched businesses that reflect both my entrepreneurial spirit and my values. Coaching for me is about creating space for leaders to see themselves clearly, connect to what matters, and step forward with confidence.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it feels like to be talented, hardworking, and committed—yet not always see yourself reflected in the spaces where decisions are made. Early in my career, I often wished for a guide who could help me navigate challenges, name my strengths, and remind me that my perspective mattered. Coaching has become my way of being that support for others. I am especially passionate about supporting underrepresented voices—helping leaders build the clarity, confidence, and momentum they deserve. For me, coaching is about creating a safe and empowering space where growth happens through honest conversation, empathy, and practical tools that can be applied right away. It matters deeply to me because I’ve seen how transformative it is when someone finally feels seen, heard, and capable of leading fully as themselves.
