I've had a chance to work with Brody throughout his 9 year career at Microsoft. I have been consistently impressed with his communication style, partnership skills and desire to deliver quality. As far as ratings go I don't think 5 stars is enough. Erika is a very knowledgeable and well talented woman. Her support through my college application process was phenomenal and well appreciated. During those times I felt very closed off and sometimes was inconsistent, but her transparency and patience was a motivating factor that allowed me to do my best. I wish the best for her and definitely recommend her as a mentor! God Bless Erika.
