About Chuck

I'm an experienced coach, sales enablement and marketing leader with a three-decade career, including over 10 years at Google, a 15-year tenure as an Adjunct Professor at NYU and 20+ years at media agencies. My current role at Google consists of two primary focus areas... 1) Leadership Coaching for our Global Client & Agency Solutions team 2) Leading our onboarding and upskilling programs across our Global Business Organization spanning all levels. As I reflect on my career (to date), it took me quite a long time to truly figure out what I wanted my career focus to be. I was always searching for roles and opportunities that would enable me to have a real, tangible impact on people. I have no regrets on my career journey so far since I believe it was all those experiments and taking advantage of so many different opportunities that gave me the clarity I needed. That clarity for me was everything and it continues to evolve. Here's what I know though to be true...at this point in my career, I have never been happier...my cup is filled everyday since I see first-hand the positive impact my coaching and workshops have on my fellow colleagues.

Why do I coach?

Here's why I coach...The biggest gift I feel each of us can give the world (and to ourselves) is showing up as your amazing, authentic self. My philosophy is just do you. I say it to my team, I say it to my kids and I say it to anyone that will listen! Each of us has amazing potential and sometimes we need to talk through different ways on how best to unlock it. That's where coaching comes in. If you know the power of coaching already...great. If you have never tried coaching before...it may seem scary and even uncomfortable. If you find the right coach, you quickly find it's not any of those things and it can be so empowering. Much of my 30+ career has been dedicated to developing and empowering others...leading the training teams at the media agencies I worked at, teaching at NYU for 15 years, and now leading our upskilling efforts (both soft skills and product skills) across Google's Global Business Organization (GBO). Throughout my career journey, I've had the pleasure of coaching hundreds of amazing people. I'm also a 20+ year manager (15 pre-Google & 5 at Google). I'm happy to work with you on whatever journey you may be on...being a more effective manager, looking for a new role or opportunity, etc. Remember...just do you.
